Explore Belize

Home to more than 200 stunning Caribbean islands (called cayes), an abundance of undeveloped jungle, incredible Mayan ruins, and a rich diversity of cultures, Belize is one of my favorite places in the world!

I’ve spent nearly two months exploring Belize and I keep coming back for more! I know my detailed Belize travel blogs will help you plan an unforgettable vacation to this special part of Central America.

Essential Belize Travel Guides

The Islands: Caye Caulker & Beyond

Belize has over 200 islands! The majority of Belize’s islands are undeveloped, and but there are dozens you can visit. Ambergris Caye is the most popular place to stay in Belize, but my favorite Belize caye is Caye Caulker, which is known for it’s ‘go slow’ motto!

Belize Mainland: Cayo & Beyond

A trip to Belize is not complete without a few jungle adventures on the mainland! And there are so many jungle adventures to choose from — cave tubing, chasing waterfalls, climbing to the top of Mayan pyramids, kayaking through bioluminescent coves, and much more.
